Forress NetGuard's Engineers follow the following steps in order to help customers prepare for their tenders and RFI documents:

1) Complete customer survey. Our survey includes hardware survey, software survey and staff survey.

2) Hold many meetings with the customer and all stakeholders of the tender to fully understand what customers are trying to do. Some customers upgrade their products and services, some replace them and others want to simply build or rebuild their infrastructure.

3) Prepare a tender or RFI document and present it to the customer for their review.

4) Make any changes as demanded by customer.

5) Publish the tender or the RFI after customer final approval.
