Fortress NetGuard is currently assessing a customer’s policies and procedures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our engineers are currently going through the following:
- Providing the customer with full analysis to assess the current policies and procedures (if any)
- Preparing a survey tool for executives, managers, full time employees, temp employees, contractors and possibly customers
- Reporting data collected to stakeholders of this project in a form of a report and presentation
- Jointly with the customer’s stakeholders of this project, we will be discussing all missing policies and procedures and work on the implementation of missing policies and procedures
- Management involvement and support is essential to the success of this project.
- Involvement of all employees is also essentials
- After the analysis process is completed, our team will survey the management and the employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Policies and procedures will then be put in place modularly one at a time
- Management training will be given
- Employee training will be given
- IT staff training enforcing these policies and procedures will be given
- Policies and procedures enforcement will be launched
- A program to assess enforcement and effectiveness of policies and procedures will be implemented and status will be monitored
