King Abdullah the custodian of the 2 holly mosques allocated more than 3 billion Saudi Riyals for the infrastructure of the e-government project in 2006. This project is to be completed in 5 years timeframe starting 2007.

e-Government will ease the public and private transactions for individuals and organizations. It is designed to speed up transactions between government organizations (G2G), government organizations and customers (G2C), and government organizations and businesses (G2B), business organizations (B2B) and more.

Because of the importance of this project, Fortress NetGuard (FNG) has been actively gathering data on this project by contacting the proper authorities, attending meetings and collaborating with the companies involved in implementing this project.

Fortress NetGuard (FNG) is currently working on creating all proper courses in this area to be offered to ministries, companies and individuals interested in participating or simply wanting to learn about the basics of e-government and how it will be implemented. We are also creating intermediate and advanced courses related to e-government projects.

We are also actively seeking to push our penetration testing and security vulnerability technologies and services to the stakeholders of the e-government project. The web site and portals that handles this information must be secure. FNG will work closely with the stakeholder from early stages to make sure that the code involved in writing the website and web services is a secure code and that the final product has been completely tested before it goes live. FNG offers the e-Government many services such as Writing secure code, Software Quality Assurance, Security Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing, and all other security services needed for the implementation of the PKI project.
